TIS For Minors Ordinance Still Alive

Emails are zinging through the lines in the growing campaign to revive Karen Venezky's Ordinance 99-146, the ordinance which would require Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) for minor plans. Dave Tackett of the 7 & 40 Alliance (and member of the New Castle County Planning Board), Lee Hoffman of Limestone-Milltown Civic Alliance, and Louise Rolleri and Fritz Griesinger of the Pike Creek Valley Civic League have sent an "Umbrella Alert," that is, an alert to presidents and leaders of all New Castle County umbrella civic organizations, to get them on board.

Now Preservation Delaware has reiterated its support.
